Physical Therapy

$175 per session

Titan Physio accepts Medicare & Cash Pay

Initial Evaluation: One-on-one session lasting 60-75 minutes.

A full assessment of your movement, injury, and goals — no rushed intake, no shared attention. We dig into what’s actually driving the issue, build a plan around how you train and live, and start treatment the same visit. You leave with a home program built specifically for you.

Follow-up visits: One on one session lasting 60-75 minutes.

Hands-on treatment combined with the manual techniques, modalities, and loaded exercise progressions needed to get you back to full capacity — whether that’s the mat, the bar, the trail, or just moving through your day without pain. Built for active adults and combat athletes (wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing) who want to keep training, not stop training. No cookie-cutter programs. No tech, no aides, no double-booking.

Typical frequency: 1-2x/week or 1-2x/biweekly

Physical Therapy for the Combat Athlete

Combat sports place extraordinary demands on the body. Wrestlers, BJJ grapplers, boxers, and Muay Thai athletes absorb impact, train through fatigue, and push through discomfort in ways most patients never experience. When injuries happen — and they will — generic rehab programs built for recreational patients often miss the mark entirely.

Dr. Van is a combat athlete himself, with over a decade of wrestling and experience in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He understands the physical demands of the sport, the mental drive to get back on the mat, and exactly what “return to full performance” actually means.

His approach to combat athlete rehab includes:

  • Injury assessment with sport-specific movement demands in mind
  • Manual therapy and soft tissue work targeting the most common combat sport injury patterns (neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and spine)
  • Strength and mobility programming built around your training schedule — not around avoiding the gym
  • Gradual return-to-sport progressions that keep you moving while you heal
  • Education on load management so the same injury doesn’t keep coming back

TMJ Physical Therapy

The TMJ connects your jaw bone to your skull and is one of the most frequently used joints in the body. When it isnt functioning properly, the effects go far beyond jaw discomfort— patients often experience chronic headaches, neck pain, ear pain, and difficulty chewing.

Dr. Van uses a comprehensive, hands-on approach to TMJ treatment including:

  •  Joint mobilization and manual therapy
  • Deep tissue and soft tissue release of surrounding muscles
  • Postural correction (head/neck alignment is a major TMJ driver)
  • Targeted therapeutic exercises
  • Patient education on habits that perpetuate symptoms (jaw clenching, posture, etc.)

MOVEMENT CONSULT

$150 per session

60-minute sessions.

Something feel off but not quite injured? A nagging pinch in your shoulder during bench, a hip that catches on shots, a knee that complains after rolling — these are the issues that don’t need full rehab, but absolutely shouldn’t be ignored.

Movement consultations are a focused look at how you move under load. We identify the compensations and limitations driving the issue, give you a clear plan to fix it, and keep small problems from becoming the kind that pull you out of training for months.

Built for lifters, combat athletes, and active adults who want answers before things get worse.

Offered online or in-person.

RECOVERY SESSIONS

$100 per session

$270 for 3 // $510 for 6 // $750 for 10

30-45 minute recovery sessions.

Recovery is where adaptation happens. These sessions are designed for the athlete or active adult who trains hard and wants to keep training hard — without the cumulative tightness, soreness, and minor tweaks that quietly stack up over a hard week or fight camp.
Each visit is built around what your body needs that day, drawing from:
    • Cupping to release tight, overworked tissue
    • Dynamic air compression to flush out heavy, fatigued legs
    • E-stim for targeted muscle recovery and pain modulation
    • Stretching to restore range of motion you’ve lost on the mat or under the bar
Ideal for wrestlers, BJJ and Muay Thai athletes mid-camp, lifters in a heavy block, and weekend warriors who want to feel ready for their next session.
